"As a female traveller, I felt completely safe here and would definitely stay again if I'm ever back in Monteverde. Great place for a solo traveller with a communal kitchen to help keep down expenses of eating out. WiFi in all the rooms. Great kitchen facilities! and Marleny prepared us a delicious breakfast, for US$7. Comfortable rooms and very clean. The location is noisy on weekends, especially at night, with passing traffic on the main road."

The grounds are well maintained, the breakfast service was great and the staff was friendly. Just across the street are some decent restaurants and a grocery store. It's a short 2-3 block walk to the town square. "
