Hotels with shuttle in Costa Rica

"Excellent and very beautiful "

"Room was great for the price. Shuttle was great. Bar staff and food was great. Pool was also great. There is a Starbucks, Ice cream store and a few restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff were a bit sour. I felt like I was putting them out to ask questions, book the shuttle or otherwise. They were the only downside, no real greeting, no smile; which is unusual for Costa Rica to be honest! Everything else I can recommend. "

"The overall stay had several positive aspects, including an amazing view, excellent shuttle service, and enjoyable breakfast amenities. The staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful, which we greatly appreciated. Room cleanliness and maintenance were below expectations. The remote and light switches were visibly dirty, the floor had leftover food crumbs, and no facial tissue box was provided. Only one coffee cup was available for a two-guest room, and it was wet and stained. There were also issues reaching room service- non functional number. We were asked to try at 11AM and then again asked for 2PM. Front desk could not assist."

"Amazing location & amazing staff! The food however in the main restaurant was not good. Very tasteless and you could tell they are not using quality ingredients. I really hope they upgrade their food! Would make for a much better experience! "

"Hotel was fine for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were not fancy but clean- a bit dated but quite large. Shuttle times didn’t work for us. We had a very early morning flight but staff offered to arrange a private ride for a cost."
