It was easy to walk to the coast or old town center, or take a bus anywhere else. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a convenient and quick laundry service. The room was comfortable and clean although it was on the smaller side. Breakfast included a variety of food options and was reasonably priced (it was included with some reservations but not mine). Overall I had a great experience.

Badly aged hotel. Disappointed.

We thought it was a 4 star hotel, but in reality, it's like a 2.5 star property. First of all, all the facilities are outdated, with only one elevator working when we stayed. The walls are full of cracks, and they don't even provide a single complimentary water bottles to a customer, which I've never seen in my life in a "4 star" hotel. Being inside this aged hotel is quite depressing as well. The only good thing about this hotel was the centric location, but that's it, quite disppotining experience.

Una noche para el olvido

En nuestra reserva consta que la habitación debía tener una cama queen size. Al hacer el check in, advertí que eso no se respetó, pues me dieron una doble con dos camas separadas. Solicité el cambio y se me informó que el hotel estaba lleno y que además en la reserva que les mandó Hoteles.com, no estaba detallada esa preferencia en el tipo de cama. Les mostré el correo electrónico en el que Hoteles.com me confirmaba la reserva, pero insistieron que eso no estaba especificado en la comunicación recibida por el hotel. La atención de los recepcionistas es pésima, su disposición para solucionar los problemas a los huéspedes es CERO, tanto en el turno matutino como en el nocturno. Solicité la intervención de un superior pero me lo negaron.

Estuve solo un par de días y el uso del hotel fue poco, aún así debo decir que todo fue muy bueno, la apariencia del hotel muy cuidada y agradable. Limpieza impecable. Desayuno completo y muy bien atendido.

Lindo hotel, recepción bien, cuando pregunté si se podía poner una habitación con una cama sola porqué fuí en pareja me contestó las camas individuales son grandes.👍 Desayuno variado. Volvería.

Razoável

O atendimento no check in foi correto e cortês. Os problemas começaram quando nos levar ao 5 andar (quarto 506). Ao sairmos do elevador ja sentimos o cheiro de mofo, o andar todo carpetado, mas em péssimo estado. No quarto a situação piorou muito. Tentamos mudar, mas so conseguimos no dia seguinte, tivemos de dormir da janelas abertas para suportar o forte odor. Mo dia seguinte mudamos para p 6 andar (quarto 609), parece que recentemente reformado e sem carpete, e o restp da estadia foi ok. O café é bom, sem luxos. A localização permite facilidade de deslocamento, por ficar a meio caminho entre a cidade velha e a area mais moderna e badalada )Pocitos e arredores). Localizado na area mais central, com os problemas das areas centraos de grandes cidades, mas não tive qualquer sensação de insegurança, andamos com tranquilidade tanto durante o dia, quanto durante a noite. Recomendo pedir para ver o quarto antes de encerrar o check in.

el hombre de la recepción llamado Rony fue muy grosero con nosotros, la habitación era muy pequeña, el hotel es muy caro en general. el desayuno tiene muy poca variedad.

Es de fácil acceso, sin embargo la limpieza no estaba pulcra encontrando zancudos, mosquitos y lo peor en el baño pelos pegados el el piso y bañera. Se ofreció cambiar habitación, mejoró pero no apoyaron en traslado.
