The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing night's rest after a busy day out. The staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. If you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss, and cozy place to stay while exploring the Finger Lakes without breaking the bank, this place definitely fits the bill. Would happily stay here again!"

"Enjoyed staying at this beautiful historic hotel in Seneca Falls. Was a quiet and relaxing place to stay for the night. We were a bit surprised to find no one staffing the hotel desk after 6pm. We had to call a phone number to request extra blankets and it took a long time to receive them. Other than that little hiccup, overall a great experience. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"The property is old and due for renovation. It was very clean. Staff were very personable and helpful. Offered breakfast. Had a small gym. It was close to wineries and within 30 miles of major waterfalls. Free parking. I would stay there again and look forward to the renovations."
