Here's my reasons for repetitively using this hotel: 1. It is a 5-10 minute drive to the fairgrounds via 2 easy-to-navigate roadways. 2. It is reasonably priced. 3. Has an indoor pool that's always clean and well-maintained. 4. The rooms and very nice and always clean. 5. The complimentary breakfast is outstanding. Many, many options based on your likes. 6. The staff. I can't say enough good things about the staff. ALWAYS friendly and helpful, attentive, and professional in their customer service. Whether you're travelling for work or pleasure, alone or with a family, this is a really good, very dependable hotel. You won't be disappointed."

Plenty of on-site parking close by. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, AC worked well. Exterior grounds were a little messy based on the seagulls (feathers and doodoo). Nice outdoor patio and seating by restaurant. Easy access to the main road and close by restaurants. Would definitely go back."

Everything is walkable from here, Women's Rights location is next door, It's a Wonderful Life Museum just around the corner. Lots of good food nearby."
