"My husband and I took his 77 year old mom here for a one night getaway. We wanted to try the wineries in the area so figured this was a great spot to sleep. The rooms were $120 which I thought was a STEAL! We were on the 4th floor &the rooms were modern and very clean. Nice large shower head and nice toiletries. Loved the robes:) The curtains blacked out all the light which made for a comfortable sleep. THERE IS NO BUFFET which has not been the case since Covid. Many reviews said things were closed and I’m realizing this is what they meant. The food court was still open with three eateries, one of them being Smash Burger which we ate dinner. Burgers were like $10. They were pretty flavorful and had lots of options. There was a more upscale restaurant called Portico but we didn’t eat there. It looked really nice. The place was huge and I noticed a couple other areas that I wasn’t sure what was inside. We loved that coffee and pop were complimentary on the casino floor so we just filled up our cups before walking over to the food court hehe. In the morning I worked out in the gym. It was very updated and nice and clean. We ate breakfast at the Sociale Cafe which is located next to the spa and gym. We got omelettes. They were kinda small but tasted good & came with home fries& toast. They also have their own bakery& sell cinnamon buns, tiramisu, cheesecakes, cakes, cookies etc. WE WILL COME BACK! "

"I was in Syracuse to drop off my daughter at school and The Parkview Hotel was the perfect place to stay. Our room was spacious and nicely updated. There was plenty of parking behind the hotel and we were in walking distance to some very nice restaurants. "

"Only stayed one night - convenient location to the NY State Fair! Love that they provide a shuttle to and from the airport!"

"Everything was Great. Staff was very friendly and informative. Breakfast was Awesome. My wife did not like the cheese omelet that was offered this morning (August 24th, 2025) but other than that, EVEDYTHING WAS GREAT. Room was clean and comfy. Pool was Available and well maingained. This was our 1st time going to The State Fair and it was also our little weekend getaway from work and Life. The Quietness brought us so much Peace and Tranquility. All in all, if we ever need to getvaway for the weekend, you guys are definitely in the top of iur list to revisit. Thanks Again."

"Pleasant stay. Nicely appointed rooms, private. Motel feel (doors open to the outside) but keycard acceess needed to enter stairwells for security. "

"I liked having the convenience of all the surrounding businesses of the hotel. The hotel was nestled off to the side, still giving a feeling of privacy and exclusivity. The hotel wasn’t over crowded, allowing for great parking. The breakfast bar was super clean and the food was fresh. The hotel had an overall relaxed environment, and good vibes. We will book again!"

The breakfast was very convenient and easy to get around of where it was located The property was extremely clean. And Will g inside You felt a warm welcome.
