"The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient! The room was very clean, the pillows were great (the big fluffy ones) and the room amenities were all functioning! I love that they did not make you put a roon deposit down to stay the night either. The cleaning staff the next day were also very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed! Definitely where I will be staying going forwarx in Syracuse! Gas stations are right across the street and it is a perfect location for Suracuse downtown life and the mall! "
