"First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!"

"Yes , there was a free breakfast. Nothing fancy Front Desk was great It was in the heart of Syracuse, so walking distances to many amenities and restaurants. 10 min drive to the airport or the Mall. And the parking lot has one EV charging station I think it's a great choice for a short a short stay MG"

"The room was very clean. The linen and bedding was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delicious especially the oatmeal. The gym was very sufficiently functional. The staff was very helpful. Definitely would stay there again, but wish they had dressers. I also would like it if they were stands on both sides of the bed and not just one nightstand."

"We spent a long weekend touring colleges in the area- this hotel was so quaint!! The staff is what made the experience so special— all of the front desk staff were so kind and helpful. Even the gentleman shoveling the parking lot was amazing. This will be my first option any time I visit. There is an upcoming renovation plan and I look forward to the results!"

"clean room, quiet hrs 10 pm to 8 am. Nice. Requested top floor in advance and hot it! Plenty of parking. close to Buckley and 7th N St. They dont advertise breakfast but offer yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast and coffee during AM times. Overall quite pleased on 3 night stay. Will stay here again."

"This was a great hotel! The room was bigger than expected, and the couch bed was awesome! Was surprised at the trundle bed under the couch bed. We didn't use it, but others might. Check-in was smooth and Diamond at the desk was friendly. Breakfast was delicious, with waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and toppings, yogurt, and bread varieties. The area was quiet, and after spending all day at the fair, the quiet was welcome! Would definitely stay again! Thank you to all the staff!"
