You have just what you need, a bed, tv, bathroom, kettle, toaster, hob and microwave. Take your own food and you won’t have to see a soul. "Well where do I start, the staff were excellent as they were so helpful, caring and very friendly. The hotel had a great atmosphere and the food was excellent as well as being very tasty. Being treated by the cat was lovely as it was so friendly and waited for us at the top of the stairs when we came to our room. So much looking at planning to go back for another visit."

There is not an obvious reception area but the call button prompted a member of staff to appear who showed us to our room."

Evening meals and Sunday carvery were tasty and specials were explained. A thing to note is that there is no lift so mobility needs to be good to walk up stairs which was not a problem for us. Enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year as still much more to explore in the ares"
