The room assigned to me was not what I’ve booked, and walking up five floors of stairs with 20 kg luggage was not fun. However, the staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet and not far from the Metro.

The dorm was great, and the staff was helpful. The breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise. The only thing is since it is downtown finding parking was hard especially if you're in Montreal for first time and don't speak french

Absolutely loved this place! Beautiful building, easy walk to long term parking, easy walk to lots of fun places. My room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent. The staff was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Highly recommend the private rooms for the perfect balance of comfort/community. Would stay here over a hotel, and would definitely come back again with friends and family.

This place was a highlight of our trip. We stayed in the room that has its own roof top balcony. Although you do have to climb 4 sets of stairs to get up to the room. The staff were all helpful and kind. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. The room we stayed in does have a sliding glass bathroom door and unfortunately it doesn't give much privacy to the person using the bathroom as there is a gap on either side of the glass door when its closed. That is our only thing we thought needed improvement. Overall, it was a great stay. The location is awesome as well.
