Not bad for a cheap place to stay. It is located right in the middle of Montreal’s nightlife district, so there are plenty of great places to eat and drink and people watching if you don’t mind a bit of noise at night.

Bed bugs on the pillows and bed, cockroaches roaming around the room. We got room 103. Staff in the morning are the best tho, the lady helped us big time. Place is in a good location too.

I booked this hotel for a stay with family as it appeared under family friendly search. But this hotel is right next to a shop with "sex shop" sign and there are few strip clubs just nearby. Don't book for family stay - this is right in the middle of adult entertainment zone.

Stayed for 3 days with my children ages 6-11yrs, and it perfectly suited our needs for an affordable and comfortable stay in an excellent location. Comfortable, no-frills room with cable and A/C. Steps away from Place des Arts where we could see the Lion King, and amazing shopping. Less then 2min from the metro, easily getting us to wherever we needed to go, including a day spent out at Olympic Park. A quick 15min walk down the street to the Old Port and tonnes of fun, as well as walks through the vibrant and quaint Old Montréal. Yes, the entrance is beside a sex shop. Yes, there are some unhoused people in the area. We are from Toronto and are used to these things, which you will see in any downtown of a large city. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there is a complementary continental breakfast that my picky eaters managed to find enough to eat at, so huge bonus for us! The site is NOT accessible - you may have to carry luggage up a few flights of stairs - but this was not an issue for us. If you are looking for a budget stay in a very good location that is close to all the things, and don't nind some stairs, this is a great one!

The only real thing good was location to downtown and metro trying to get to hotel was crazy with roads blocked off that gps took us to luckily I brought a ionizer because the room had a weird smell most of people at desk were nice but one gentleman with glasses was trying to throw my adult son out that was traveling with me he harassed him like he was an intruder I only wished he had told me at the time the pigeons living out side my window were like an alarm clock and use caution if you go out on terrace I went over to railing and it almost collapsed I understand it was a high demand week with the Grand Prix but over $1000 for 4 nights here was crazy next year I will pay a higher price for a nicer hotel with amenities if you can I’d recommend doing it

I stayed at this hotel before. I chose to stay here because of its convenience where its only a few blocks from the metro. I mostly enjoy sleeping in the bed where there's 2 comfty pillows which gave me a great night sleep. Also, there's a water dispenser to save from buying outside and it taste good as well.

Room was much better than the look of the property outside , and in the main common areas , older hotel and several homeless persons outside but were never threatening. Room was Good enough for a 1 night stay, only complaint was I could hear walking upstairs above me all through night.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was in a great area to explore Old Port Montreal but besides that, I don’t have anything positive to say… I was shocked before I even entered my room when I saw Dorito chips on every picture frame on the walk up to my room. I was even more shocked when I walked into my room and saw that the doorframe and locks were broken and ripped off the wall. There were multiple holes/cracks in the walls with exposed pipes and the towel rack had been ripped off the wall. The room was dirty (Bed/Lamp/Curtains and anything made of cloth was stained). It seemed like there was mould in the room around the windows that had just been painted over. There was no bathroom in the room, only a shared bathroom for the entire top floor of rooms with a clogged toilet and was very dirty overall. We stayed out of our room as long as possible and only used it for a short sleep until we could get out of there ASAP.

You get what you pay for. I wasn’t that surprised about the facilities so it was fine. It isn’t fancy, that’s for sure. But, the location is perfect. The included breakfast was appreciated.
