"The pop vendor was not working. no big deal. I forgot my wedding band in the bathroom and have a hard time getting housekeeping on the phone. the front desk did not help me to resolve my issue. I am still trying to get them on the phone."

"The location of this hotel is prime! It was clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Lobby is very nice but rooms could use some TLC. Still clean but you can tell the trim is banged up, old and could use a make over. The location and staff made up for that. Will definitely be staying there again!"

"Room was spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. Air conditioning worked great the whole time. Kitchenette was a nice surprise but not equipped to cook much if that was your plan. Gym is decently equipped and the rooftop pool had a lot of seating space. The tub drained very slowly unfortunately and the toilet didn’t flush great."

"The hotel is going through a major renovation. It is evident as the room we stayed in was beautifully updated but getting into the elevator, you could see the prior state of disrepair . The rooms themselves were lovely. We had a great sleep. They were clean and the beds were comfortable. The new tile in the bathrooms is very slippery so a word of caution to anyone with small kids or adults who may be prone to falling/slipping. We booked this hotel for our kids because of the pool and had fun at their pool however the pool itself looks pretty scuzzy. It was well below where the water level should be and had a murkiness to it. The pool deck is slippery. We would probably stay here again for the right price if just passing through for the night."

"This is a pretty property and my room was quiet and lovely. There was a problem with the drain plug in my room ( 1215) though, so I couldn’t take a bath like I had hoped after many miles of walking . My room coffee maker in the morning was also not working properly which was a disappointment - but the coffee the hotel offers in the morning made up for that . Hotel staff were fantastic ! Linens and bed were top notch ! And location can’t be beat ! Overall , I’m glad I had the opportunity to experience this hotel ,"
