We had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the reception to the cleaning ladies. Great breakfast, a lot of choice. Our room was at the back of the hotel, not overlooking the park so we had no noise issues (which some other guests had mentioned).

If you are booking for proximity to the gay village this is the place! It’s literally around the corner and hotel is nice and clean! There is an IGA supermarket adjacent in the rear exit of hotel lobby as well for all your needs! The subway station BEAUDRY is a few blocks away in the gay village as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Being in a hotel of your dream destination seems hard to find. But hyatt hotel is the best yet affordable rooms to be in especially in travelling. The staff are all excellent in giving the customer service. The breakfast is good but there is only limited viands to choose from. They should give the customers the vibe of what is montreal is all about especially the recommended food found in montreal. Overall the experience is great and looking forward to be in montreal hyatt downtown hotel.

We found the hotel perfect for our purposes. It is easy walking distance to Notre Dam Cathedral and the restaurants of old Montreal. Breakfast was adequate and Starbucks is in the same building!
