Maison Rose felt like something out of a dream — a soft pink house with lace curtains, vintage charm, and the gentle hush of a slower time. Every corner felt like a whisper of romance — the creaking floors, the delicate floral details, paintings, morning light spilling through windows. The Parisien-style breakfast was just as lovely: flaky croissants, delicious chocolatines, baguette, jams, cheese and ripe fruit, fresh juice pressé, and peppermint tea.

Gorgeous updated century home. Lovely clean room with small balcony looking over the street. Perfect location - walking distance to many restaurants and the river. Brewery across the road had live music and the restaurant across the road (Embers) had great food and nice ambiance. We’ll come again!

The hotel is look like a hollywood set movie. Those places where you see Julia Roberts in a movie. Even James, the owner, is a very handsome man and could act as the couple of Julia Roberts. Of all the hotels we have been to in the world, we were lucky enough to know this one, which is so special that it makes you want to come only to stay in it. It has a special charm in which each environment reflects a corner of art, at its best. James is present and is very attentive to all needs, just like his wife. He should have more hotels like this, and promote to other hotel owners are like him. You wont regret it. Stay here cause you will live at your own movie.

Excellent, welcoming, professional manager. The Maison Rose is an outstanding piece of intricately detailed professional design ingenuity replete with carefully selected antiques, art work and decoration pieces at every turn. The facility is clearly the result of someone's labor of love. Every room. every corner, every hallway ... is rife with interesting artifacts, paintings and visual surprises. This is a skillfully created piece of design art presented in a methodically executed, high quality, bare-bones renovation of a local historical building. Phenomenal!

Beautiful house in a very quiet riverside town near the Oka ferry. Delicious pastry/fruit breakfast. Longish commute into Montreal on very busy roads, but train also available for early risers.

Had a lovely stay at the Maison Rose, a true show of hospitality! And a quintessential experience. The way that the hotel is staged it makes you feel like you are walking through time, and maybe for a moment the world has stopped. Truly memorable, and when I accidentally left my dresses in the closet they were sent back to me right away. Would book again!
