"Love it nice and clean"

"I ended up being charged more than what I booked the room for on Expedia by the resort. I had a room in the North Wing. Had to haul my bags up to the 3rd floor, walk a long haul, then go down an elevator to the 2nd floor. I got lost at first, had to go back to front desk. The old part of the resort is old. Updated, but jenky to get to. Lots of add on fees. "

"The room, rate and service were nice. I just was disappointed in the pet fee. Not that I had to pay one, I fully expected that. But I didn’t expect the rate to be $100 when the room itself was $159"

"Was close to everything I needed. Only complaint is typical of most major hotels: pillows could be better."

"Laundry was super expensive so I didn't wash there. Never stands on the bed. Stains on the floor. The giants stain on the floor when you walk right in the door. The main lady was not very nice either. If I didn't have to stay here as long as I did I probably wouldn't have to be honest."

"Recently remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Tiny bathroom though. Pool only open seasonally. Would have liked it better if had hot tub, brewed coffee all day, and some sort of included breakfast"

"The hotel was nice, and clean. However, the housekeeping staff cleaned our room every day while we were out skiing but did not replace the toilet paper or the "fun size" soap bar once during our stay of 5 days! My son and I were betting whether we would run out of T.P. barely made it, and had a sliver of soap that cpuld melt away in the sink. I paid good money to stay there and 1 more tiny bar of soap or another backup roll of T.P shouldn't be asking too much right?"
