"Para mi primer viaje sola a México, me alegro mucho de haber elegido el Hotel Casa Blanca. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue atento y servicial. Aunque mi idioma principal es el inglés, estuvieron dispuestos a traducir cuando fue necesario, e incluso tuvieron la amabilidad de explicarme formas más efectivas de gestionar una reserva en español, para que pudiera hacerlo mejor la próxima vez. Los jardines estaban bien cuidados, la habitación era cómoda y el restaurante del hotel estaba delicioso. Ya estoy pensando en volver a reservar con ellos cuando viaje a la Ciudad de México el año que viene."
