"Stayed here before heading on a cruise and we’re so glad we did! The service from the moment we got out of the car was top-notch — friendly bell staff greeted us and took our bags right away. Even though we showed up a bit early, the front desk team helped check us in quickly because we had our toddler with us. The location can’t be beat: waterfront views, minutes from the port, walking distance to the arena, Bayfront Park, and lots of food options. There’s also a Starbucks in the lobby, which was extremely convenient before heading out each morning. Our room overlooked the Miami skyline and was very clean with comfortable bedding and fresh linens and supplies in the bathroom. Yes, there is a resort fee, but for the amenities, service, and location, we felt the value was definitely there. Would recommend to anyone traveling with kids or just wanting a smooth, stress-free start to their vacation! "

"The hotel did not have any of our type of room available then when they did it was too close to the street and we could hear everything. We spoke with Michael, the front desk manager and he was able to change it for us. It did take a few extra hours of waiting but we got a better room and the service was most memorable only because of Michael. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Clean, comfortable stay. Great place to stay rooms were spotless and comfortable. The only small hiccup was check-in: the gentleman in front desk gave very few details about amenities. While waiting for my Uber, I heard another front-desk associate give a much clearer overview to another guest. Not a deal breaker, just a heads-up for consistency. I’d happily stay again."

"Check in was great. Carlos was very friendly. The room was clean and bathroom seemed new. Great price for a good stay. Area was a little sketchy but fine if traveling with a male. Great restaurant in walking distance and fantastic breakfast area 3 blocks south. Would definitely come back. "
