"The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean. The pillows and bedding were very soft and comfortable. The in-room safe was old and didn’t work very well. I was in room 2211 so you have to giggle the knob, and the door was stuck on the safe. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"Amazing lake views! Fantastic restaurant! And, if you ever wondered if they read their reviews: I stated in our check-in review that they didn’t have any luggage racks and one magically appeared in my room! Everyone was so nice and you cannot beat the views! Emerald lake is my new favorite location,And less crowded than the surrounding areas."

"Our stay at the Sunshine Mountain Lodge was amazing. The location is great, both for hanging out there and for heading out to ski or hike. The views are spectacular. The service and food were standard, if not exceptional, but the staff were there to answer questions. I would highly recommend staying and hope to return."

"Great location. On arrival we were offered free bus passes to use into the town centre and to the Gondola. Hotel offers free parking in underground car park. There is a lift from the car park to the reception. Receptionists were very helpful. The only odd thing in our room was the location of the toilet in the bathroom which was so tight against the vanity unit, we had to sit slightly sideways to use it!"
