"The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the beautiful fragrance. If they had that in a bottle I would have bought some! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was feeling a bit sick at my stomach from all the travel and they had some Tums for sale! Score! Comfortable bed, spotless room. I felt the price was reasonable, except for the parking garage across the street. Would stay again."

"My stay was okay overall, but there were several service issues. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff had difficulty finding my reservation, and it took quite a while to resolve. Eventually, I was given cards for complimentary breakfast the following morning for both myself and the person I was traveling with, as I had booked two rooms. The following day, by 2:00 PM, my room still had not been cleaned. I had to call housekeeping to request that my room be serviced. I feel that daily room cleaning should be provided without guests having to call and request it. After my room was cleaned, I noticed that housekeeping had not left soap in my bathroom. I called Guest Services, but after waiting for more than an hour, nothing was done. I had to call again before someone finally came to bring the soap. I also noticed that the other room I had booked had items provided that were not left in my room, such as shoe-care items and cotton swabs. I would expect the same basic amenities to be provided consistently in both rooms. Overall, there were several avoidable service issues during my stay. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and front-desk service."
