"But to our surprise the first day we wanted to take a shower no shower Gel had to come out the shower to requested! Left room as her to please give us shower cup and 2 waters for medicines , nothing was provided and on the shower we had and empty bottle of shower gel and she never pic it up! No Matt for the floor was provided!!we had to use 1 of the two towels , so we had one for shower !! Went down to ask for shower cup and the gentleman told me we don’t have and I said yesterday someone ask and it was provided, then he point out some drawers look there, we said excuse me? Yes look there! I said I don’t have my glasses so he finally went and get it !! First time on a Hilton to look or open a drawer! Ask for the manager and he said I am the manager!! That happen on 23/10 at 630pm"
"A great alternative to a big hotel. Immaculately clean w tasteful, minimalist decor. Although we didn't use the attractive parlor or dining room, we did have the breakfast room/kitchen to ourselves. I enjoyed looking out through the glass wall into the cozy but beautiful fenced-in backyard. That is, until the Musak kicked in at 7AM. It WAS very low, but does anyone want to listen to someone else's taste in music that early? I had to retreat back to my room. Pros: Very comfortable bed & linens, quality soaps & lotions, good coffee, great tea selection, automatic bathroom nightlight, super quiet, ample parking. The only negative (besides the lackluster breakfast) was the multiple reminders that it cost $25 to check in early. When traveling, it's hard to judge arrival time, so we walked around in freezing rain killing time til 4pm on the dot. No hotel or BnB does this. A bit off putting for $300."
