Worst service ever! Bed was dirty and bathroom nasty. Someone opened my door at 2am and it was locked. I would stay here, do not recommend!!! Stay somewhere else. Dont waste your time and money.

Gorgeous spot of the city, and a gorgeous hotel to match. This is a family business for over 30 years - my mum has been staying there since before I was born. Truly worth every cent!

The room felt depressing, the restroom was covered with mold, the toilet was disgustingly dirty, the shower was covered in mold. Will definitely not be back again

The hotel is good. I was in a large room and everything is ok, except the bed, looks too old and are not comfortable, flat and hard. Was not easy to sleep. In service just one thing: one day in the morning the housekeeper enter to my room when the door was locked from inside. Supuestaly her key was inability to unlock doors. One more the guests don't have opcion for DND signs in the door.

Nice hotel. Not a 5-star hotel but comfortable
A family oriented hotel. Nice and cozy. Not a 5-star but comfortable. Personnel was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast buffette was very good and waiters very courteous. I would go back.

Hice la reservación en línea como 2 horas antes de llegar porque hiñamos a llegar noche y resulta que no me querían hospedar porque EXPEDÍA no les reflejaba el pago, además no nos dieron el desayuno que estaba incluido en el pago, así que no se cumplió con lo que se pagó.

Sus buenos tiempos ya pasaron el mantenimiento fatal la atención muy mala una botella de agua dé 1/2 por pagar $3000.00 pesos bañó sucio cuarto en pésima condición pisos rotos muebles rotos toallas deshilachadas (ni para limpiar mí auto) en fin el hotel requiere un cambio total, no es para mí

Totalmente decepcionante, la higiene pésima, estaba peor que hotel de paso, nada que ver con las fotografías que publican en el portal, había pagado dos noches y tuve que salirme en la primera, por la incomodidad y suciedad, pedi reembolso de la segunda noche y me la negaron, asi que tuve que pagar dinero extra para pasar la noche en otro establecimiento. Frustante la experiencia.

Al hotel le falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza, habían cucarachas en los cuartos, las puertas de las habitaciones no cierran, nos cambiaron y el otro cuarto no lo habían limpiado después de otros huéspedes, me dió mucho asco

Buena opción para estancia de una sola noche, las camas son regulares, los baños limpios y equipados, las instalaciones ya se ven viejas. La alberca esta helada (y fui en verano). El restaurante regular a bueno. El persobal es muy amable y el servicio a la habitación es muy rapida. En general los consumos son económicos.

Hotel descuidado, habitación amplia pero le hace falta una renovada, huele mucho a humedad, había una cucaracha en la habitación, tiene potencial el lugar pero necesitan tener mas cuidado con la limpieza y las habitación podría mejorar si le dieran algo de mantenimiento, los muebles viejos.
