The location is great for exploring the city, the room was beautifully clean and comfortable, the view from the higher floors (including from the bar) is stunning at night time, and the Japanese breakfast is truly amazing - but the main thing that sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful and put such care into ensuring we had a special experience.
