"We weren't very happy with this hotel. We stayed for 5 nights They put us next to the back entrance and the door slammed all night. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The coffee maker did not have the tray needed to use the pods provided, so no cover. The TV would only stay on about an hour then go blank. We called the front desk just to find out that the manager was aware there was a problem. WHY WOULD YOU RENT OUT A ROOM THAT YOU KNEW THERE WAS GOING TO NE AN ISSUE? HE SAID THE MANAGER WOULD BE IN AT 730AM. we called at 730AM and she came down and unplugged the cable box and it came back on. It happened twice more that day. My husband went to the front desk to complain again. We requested to change rooms. They did move us. The same thing happened with that tv. And there was no tray In that coffee maker. He took it up to the front desk and they said "oh yeah, people accidentally throw those away😐 My son and daughter-in-law stayed in another room with the same issues. The Cable boxes get hot in the cabinet under the TV and they stop working. We WON'T BE RECOMMENDING OR STAYING AT THIS HOTEL EVER AHAIN "

"The room was very nice and the breakfast was great’. The front door would stick & you couldn’t get into the motel. The elevator was out of order when we woke up in the morning. We were one the second floor & my husband is still recovering from hip surgery"

"No notice of construction before booking. Less than 24 hour notice of construction workers needing to come in our room and were very forceful and rude. Room was left dirty after construction workers left. Construction workers came in with no notice while we were gone. Construction workers tossing stuff out of the window and coming close to hitting our room window. Doors were always slamming. Hot tub was needing to be fixed a lot. Pool area was always dirty. Housekeepers come into the room when asked not to. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. "

"Check the sheets. Checked in late and literally showered and crawled into bed. Woke up this morning realizing the comforter was severely stained (and I had been snuggled up to it all night) with a brow large stain. This was also found on the boxspring mattress. I don't know if the sheet were stained or if they hadn't been washed since prior guest? Either way, it was really gross. Staff seemed very apologetic and attentive but since we booked through Expedia any compensation has to go through them? Waiting to hear back on that. "
