"This is a beautiful boutique hotel just in the Medina. The attention to detail is incredible. We love the furniture and accessories, the room was extremely comfortable, and the staff went the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The only thing missing is a pool: there is one in the lobby, but it’s more of a fountain than a pool. I doubt that anyone ever enters there. But they told me they are working on finding a way to add an outdoor pool. That would literally be the icing on the cake. I would certainly stay there again."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Excellent Stay and Wonderful Staff** Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming, and I would like to recognise those who made our experience extra special. Hajar is definitely one in a million. She was very attentive, friendly and always willing to help. We were also given an upgrade to a Jacuzzi room, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The elderly gentleman at reception who serves the tea was always smiling and very helpful. Seeing him carrying luggage, making tea and helping guests at his age was very touching. He is an example to the younger generation. May God give him a long and healthy life. The cleaning team were lovely, especially Ahmed. What touched me was that even after finishing his shift, he stayed to help another cleaner who was behind with her duties. The team worked together, smiling and laughing. Their teamwork was wonderful to see. The spa treatment was relaxing and exactly what I needed. The staff were friendly, the area was very clean and smelled lovely. Ayub by the pool, was also very friendly. He played table tennis and supported not only my nephew but other visitors too. It was lovely to see someone who clearly enjoys his work and has a genuine smile. Jihane from the breakfast team also provided excellent customer service. She went out of her way to arrange baked beans for my sister and arrange a cake for my nephew. She went over and beyond what is expected. Thank you."

"We enjoyed our stay at this all inclusive hotel / resort. The meals were great infact I feel there was just too much to eat, lots of varieties to choose from with various activities and on site market on Thursdays was a hit with me. My children loved the aquapark and we also used the facilities of tbe tour booking which was great to have on site. I also loved the onsite shop which meant I was able to buy souvenirs. I used the gym which was great! The facilities was new as it had just been open following it's refurbishment. I used the splash well absolutely loved the back massage, I dozed off!!!! The hammam bath was okay, the lady was lovely and pleasant. The towels in the hotel room could be better! They were really dated! Also renting blie towels cost a deposit of £150dh I think, you should make guests aware upfront. I love the fact that you are open to receiving feedback on site and felt some of my feedback left at the guest office implemented immediately as there were towels in the gym. All staff were mainly pleasant regardless of the heat. I loved my salsa dance instructor and the final night of Michael Jackson tribute was one of my highlights. I however am giving a 4 star because the internet was fluctuating. I reported several times and didn't see any changes. That's a major downside for me. There were areas in the resort where the internet was poor (apart from the restaurant which we have already been told has no wifi). Otherwise this would have been a 5 star! Finally,"

"Yassine at the front desk gave me a very warm welcome and let me know that the restaurant is open 24/7. He even offered to wake me up at 5am since I had a very early flight, and he followed through on it. Brahim also provided excellent service. The hotel offers a shuttle every 30 minutes to Casablanca airport, which is very convenient for travelers. I really appreciated the garden with the olive trees."
