Dior and Sven went above and beyond for us, and every single staff member made us feel truly cared for over the last four days. Their kindness, professionalism, and warmth made all the difference in the unique situation we were all just in. That kind of service is rare, and it meant the world to us. We wouldn’t trade the experience we just had for anything. We’re leaving with full hearts and a deep appreciation for all the people who made it so special. "My son and I had an amazing 19 days at the hotel and every day was perfect. The staff took such good care of us. They were all very friendly and helpful and fun. The room was exceptional. We plan for another 19 day stay next year and for 12 days of that time we are bringing my son's 4 adult daughters, my granddaughters for a wonderful experience to share at the Focus Matterhorn Hotel. "This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"
