Meh...not feeling it

The guy at the front desk was great. The room was basic... VERY basic. The WiFi didn't work, the beds were ok but upon checking for bed bugs I found that the mattress were very dirty and stained no bugs tho. They were also very worn. The bathroom was horrible. Very small. The tub and shower looked like they had not been cleaned in forever. The area around the hotel was ok. Not bad, just ok.I would not stay here long term, but as a place to sleep it was ok.

Avoid Hotel if possible

I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can.

This place is nothing like the pictures provided online. I’m assuming it used to be a Motel 6, but is no longer. A couple other friends of mine also booked here to stay the same time. One of which the property either lost or ‘never received’ her booking from Hotels.com and after arriving, she didn’t want to stay there anyway. The front desk attendant didn’t seem to care that her booking couldn’t be found and when I told her I had booked there also she seemed irritated I guess because she thought we were together. My reservation was in the system but at this point after seeing homeless people walking around the parking lot pushing baskets with their belongings and other ‘guests’ hanging out in the parking lot I had really hoped it wasn’t. I was traveling with my dogs and honestly after getting in the room I didn’t even want my dogs to have to sleep in there let alone myself. At this point it was 11PM and I was tired and didn’t feel like dealing with the hassle I knew I would face should I decide to dispute staying. I literally slept in my clothes. The room was half ass cleaned, clothes hangers shoved under the refrigerator to hold it up, most of the lights in the room didn’t work, it smelled awful and the most disgusting part was there were toenail clippings on the bathroom floor and counter. I was booked to stay two nights but packed all my stuff the next morning and left. I would rather have eaten the money not staying the next night than having to stay another night there

Dont believe they have what you book!

I think its terrible that this place can lie in their advertisement. Or according to them it was your mistake that the ad. was incorrect. I booked a king bed about an hour before arriving but when I arrived it wasn't available and was told it was the booking agency that made the mistake. Someone lied! Also the towels were dirty and stained. The only reason everything wasn't rated terrible is this wasn't worst place on our trip.

Disappointed

The king suite I booked was double booked and I was sent next door to Day's Inn, given a small king room that was visibly dirty with the hardest bed ive ever sat on. Also my drivers license was not returned(part my fault for not paying attention) though the person who waited on me was friendly at both places. I suppose this is more about Day's Inn than Super Stay but the fact that the room i booked for a getaway night was sold to someone else reflects badly on Super Stay. Left without spending the night.

The room was destroyed by drug atticts, the air and heat didn't work. The fridge didn't stay cold, the room smelled of cigarettes and pot. Roaches were all over the rooms. It was nasty and uncomfortable. I wouldn't give it 1 star it's Soo bad.

The remote for the tv doesn’t work and i had to get another. Guess what? It didn't work either. The toilet had 4 cigarette buds in it that someone couldn't be bothered to flush down and the sink had Cigarette burns all over it in this NONSMOKING room. Also, one couldn't have the light on while charging one’s phone because there is only one outlet in the whole room and the light is hooked to it.

The place is a dump. I was told i would get a refund but never did. You would be better off sleeping in your car. the room was trashed holes in the walls. Graffiti all over the room. and the smoke detector was unplugged. the only reason I stayed was I had been driving most of the day and could go any further

I made reservations, bit still stood in the lobby for 20 min while two ladys talked like no one was standing there, the room was nasty, roaches everywhere,stuck to the floor as i walked, smelled so bad in the room, was so noise during the night due to the men talking and creeping outside my door, never will i be back there.

Worse place ever!!!!

Don't stay here. I had a non-smoking room and the smoke detector was ripped off the wall and covered in ciggarette ashes. There was used needles in tbe parking lot.

Horrible all the way around

The same desk clerk who didn't know how to check me in the last time was there again, and I had to tell her how to check me in. Nicotine/tar on the ceiling in the bathroom, an awful smell of sour bleach mop water all through the lobby and hallways, disturbance in the hallway in the late night/early morning hours, bugs in the room (water hugs or roaches, not sure which one), bed off the frame in the room.

Cigarette burns on the countertop in a non-smoking room.

Nicotine/tar on the ceiling in the bathroom, which drips on you when you get out of the shower.

Not Fancy, but better than sleeping in the car

Ok. Lets be honest. Nobody comes here thinking "luxury". We needed a place for 13 truck drivers to meet up and stay for some training. It was Ok. Not fancy. Not terrible. Biggest disappointment, not only no breakfast...but no coffee. Nothing at all. I might stop here again, but probably look for something a bit better.

Bad check-in experience

Check-in was tedious due to the clerk/attendant kept insisting I had to pay when I showed her the email, booking confirmation and bank statement that all confirmed I paid when I booked the room. I had to ask for a manager several times before what I can only guess was a manager came and explained to her I paid and that she was to proceed with my check-in. The room was ice cold when I got in, and the bathroom linen had someone's hair all in it, as well as the same hair being all over the shower walls and floor. I was put in a non-smoking room, but there was that on the vent in the bathroom, and burn marks all over the counter and toilet in the bathroom. The lobby had a god awful smell, and the rooms smell musty and damp. If I wasn't a Scentsy consultant, I wouldn't have had anything with me to get rid of the smell in the room!

Non smoking room was a lie!

Asked for non smoking room and was put in a room that smelt so bad of smoke it was nasty. The room was horrible. Door was drawn on in the bathroom and didn’t shut. Toilet clogged and ac/heat worked when it wanted to. Lamp shades were hanging off the lamp and had burn marks. Very disappointed

Terrible motel 6

The place had roaches and smelled terrible . We had rented two rooms . Both was need in repair was supposed to be non smoking, but there was cigarette burns in the toilet seat behind the beds. The front desk have me freebeeze to spray and told us well it's old building that has bugs. When asked to change rooms didn't have but one. Also he killed the roach with his hands and asked why did we pull the bed out advised to check it out. Said they only clean behind the bed every 6 months My cousin room the lamp shade was torn up and light bug was out and the heater didn't work. When this was address to the front desk said it's not cold you be alright .
