Overall it was great hotel. Rooms where very clean, staff really good. The only inconvenience for this hotel is that they permit smoking and the elevator smells really bad.

This hotel is, at best, a solid 4-star. It doesn't really scream "5-star" in any way. The overall look is just okay, the breakfast was below average, and there's this weird cheap smell lingering in the hallways. The only good thing about it is that the rooms are clean and spacious, and the people at the check-in desk were very friendly.

This is such a great hotel. I had stayed here before so I already knew it was good. Friendly and helpful staff, a great pool and nice breakfast. The location in the Mall takes some getting used to but actually works well.

The property had nice facilities but the breakfast buffet was very poor for a 5 star hotel--worse one on our 2 week trip. Requests weren't always fulfilled--has to ask multiple times. Probably best hotel in town but could use some improvements.

Very spacious and clean room with an excellent bed (firm and great size). Hotel amenities are really good with a spa (sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub), decent gym (heavier than expected dumbbells which is nice as they go up to 40kg) and a delicious breakfast buffet. Only criticism I would have is that the curtain was a little small for the windows.

Superb hotel in the lovely place of Mostar! Friendly staff, helpful and polite. The room was excellent, like the hotel in very good condition, good space and an extremely comfortable bed. No noise from other rooms at all. Cannot fault anything about this hotel.

This is a lovely property. It’s within walking distance of Mostar Old Town and many good restaurants. The only negative for me was the stench of cigarettes evident in the lobby area. Like everywhere in Bosnia, smoking is allowed indoors and, consequently, the lobby reeks of it.

Probably the best hotel in Mostar
Room is excellent, reception staff very friendly. Parking in garage is also convenient. Only one disadvantage is still with breakfast. There is improvement that they will give you fresh made omelette but coffee is still powder from machine. They refused to make me fresh coffee from espresso machine.

A very nice stay. Hotel Mepas is on the 8th and 9th floors of a new shopping mall. The breakfast, comfort, and facilities were excellent. The WiFi is a bit spotty at times, but I would guess that's more of a B&H issue than Hotel Mepas.

Excellent and comfortable hotel.
The hotel has a very interesting location on top of a  large shopping mall. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable, also a very big bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the shopping facilities! If you are staying as a tourist, we suggest taking a taxi there and back to the old city, as it’s quite far to walk and it was hot while we were there.

The staff were so friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The hotel is a 15 min away walk from the Old Town. If you visit during summer, it may be difficult to walk because of the heat (which could get up to 45 degrees) and taxis are quite busy around the souq area.

We stayed at this hotel for a night and we were positively surprised. Beautiful view of Mostar from 9th floor, super clean room and hallways. Everyone was so friendly and willing to help as well. Don’t look anywhere else if you are in Mostar.
