The hotel is extremely convenient to Namba Station, with direct access through a vast network of underground walkways that makes getting around Osaka effortless. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the classic European-inspired design adds to the sense of staying somewhere special. Staff were friendly and helpful, and views from the higher floors are excellent. Overall, this is a beautifully appointed and very reasonably priced hotel that serves as an outstanding base for exploring Osaka."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Universal Port! This wasn’t our first visit, and it definitely won’t be our last. The hotel is consistently clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff who make everything easy. The rooms are spacious and perfect for families, and the location is great—right on the doorstep of Universal Studios Japan and Universal City. Every stay here feels smooth and stress-free. We’ve stayed before and will happily stay again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting USJ or the Osaka Bay area!"

"Beautiful hotel and room. The front desk staff was particularly helpful when helping me with a local phone call. They were patient and courteous. The lounge has free hot dogs and gelato 530-9. This is lovely. They also offer free waffles/pancakes, ice cream, drinks, coffee, macarons, etc., from 2-9 pm. Again, this is very very nice. The room was very large and very comfortable for Japan standards. We had a very lovely stay here. Thank you."
