Hotels in Mount Airy

"Hotel seems to be lacking staff as they were very slow or unable to respond to requests eg. we never go the towels refreshed the last day due to some shortage. The retaurants closed early and didn't have food. We were given a reservation at 9:45 pm and on arrivan were told by the staff that we should have come early."

"This resort is super clean and the food is amazing. The rooms are gorgeous with a beautiful view. It’s an open layout so you get to see the beach as soon as you enter the resort. There’s also a lot of activities for the children to enjoy. I did not like that we were there for a week, tried going to the à la carte restaurants at different times and every time there was an hour wait. However, the buffet did not have a wait and the food was delicious. Also, I do not feel like it was all inclusive as there is a charge for room service (even if you generously tip) and there is a charge for the VR games for the kids. We also got the swim up pool with our room. The view was great but, the water was always cold. So although they say you can get in 24hours, it’s too cold to enjoy."

"Princess Senses Mangrove -adults only is a beautiful resort. Great ocean and pool views from our room. The staff are friendly. It was nice to have transportation from the lobby to our building. Many restaurant options but get there early bc some restaurants get busy bc guests from the other resort eat there too. "

"In the room fridge wasn't stocked everyday unless we called. 24 hour lounge was ok."
