"Friendly staff, and it was a nice surprise to be upgraded to a suite. The hotel is very convenient for the ski bus, and the grotto hot tub was the highlight after a day on the slopes. It’s about a 10-minute walk to downtown Banff, and there’s also a bus stop right outside the hotel if you’d rather not walk."

"The kitchen had most things. We asked the front desk for bucket coffee filters and it would have been nice to have a not-stick frying pan or skillet. Otherwise, it met all our needs. Great spot after a day of skiing and hiking."

"Parking was difficult unless you pay for underground parking - which should be included with the nightly rate, in my opinion. We had a room right next to the lobby, so it was loud from other guests. No breakfast option."

"Rooms were spacious and tidy, pool was great and the play place was tidy check in process was great, the front desk girl even got us in sooner. We had an issue with some wet firewood and more dry wood was brought to our room. "
