The faults with the accommodation were as follows: The room was damp and dirty, ie. dirty walls with mold and other stains, including coffee stains etc. The sheets had cigarette burns (yet this was supposed to be a non-smoking room). The bathroom was absolutely filthy and had not been cleaned - toilet had black...

"Da vi kom til Colombo om natten, og ringte hotellet for å gi beskjed om at vi kom, fikk vi beskjed om at hotellet var stengt/solgt til noen andre. Vi måtte der og da booke oss inn på et annet hotell kl03.00 om natten...… Hotel.com hadde ikke gitt oss beskjed om at hotellet var stengt...…."
