"The room was clean, but the property was not. Bears hang out at this hotel after dark and are aggressive, won't leave you alone. 2 bears confronted us, made us feel unsafe, and we will try to follow inside buildings. I have been to this hotel 3 times in the past and usually enjoy my stay, not this time. The property is way more run-down than I have seen. The elevator didn't work, so I had to climb the hill where the bears would come from every night. "

"Unit is outdated, takes 20 mins to get hot water to shower and only after running all faucets in unit on the hot side. Elevators smell. They need to be cleaned. Parking was fine & the laundry exchanged worked well. Staff were very pleasant."

"What a great new property. The rooms are very nice, even the standard rooms are quite spacious and well decorated. The roof top lounge and bar is a great place to unwind at the end of a long day. This is our go to hotel for date nights! "
