"I was in room 104. Ac was broken. They said they would try to find me a fan, never did. Finally got them to move me to another room after sweating it out for 2 nights. "

"Breakfast was good. Resort was nice. Pool area great for the kids. Only complaint is you can't walk anywhere since on top a mountain with a very steep driveway. Trolley only comes every 30 mins or so"

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful … cozy, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect with easy parking, onsite laundry, and even a Starbucks, which I loved. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly! We truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The rooftop deck is stunning and such a highlight of the property. We’ll absolutely be booking this hotel every time we come back!"

"Pretty outdated decor and the doors to closets were broken but it had all the necessities. Had to wait almost an hour after check in for our room to be ready but front desk staff were as helpful as they could be. Pool was closed for 3 hours one morning of our stay for maintenance which threw off our plans but for the price we paid everything was ok. Not luxury by any means but adequate for our family of 5"

"Everything was great! location, room was nice , balcony to the river that was just below, breakfast,hot tub,the indoor pool looked nice,two fire pits, the river behind the hotel was pretty and cold. Nothing to say bad, BUT when i arrived had no reservation that i booked 10 days prior but it wasnt the hotels fault. The booking company canceled their card.I was HOT!!! But the lady at the desk fixed it. I just bought the room again through the hotel. "

"The hotel was clean with a great location across from the aquarium and Anakeesta. Our room was very spacious with a nice balcony. There was breakfast in the hotel which is great if you are willing to miss out on tasty breakfast options on the strip. Overall pleased and would definitely stay again!"
