Space in the apartment is adequate for a family of four, with a double bed in a room and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Kitchen is well-equipped. However, when we checked into the apartment hours before Cyclone Cooke landed at Tauranga, part of the living room carpet was wet and the outdoor furniture were stacked in the living room, dripping wet.
