Hotels with Swimming Pools in Mountain Center

"Check in was a bit hectic. The room was not ready and they told us it should be ready in 30 minutes. 40 minutes passed and the room was still not ready. They were great at acommodating us in a different room type, but it was not ideal. room with no balcony and it was in the villas section. Keep in mind that if you are in the villas, you will have to either walk to the hotel area or request a golf cart to pick you up but it can take them up to 30 minutes to have one available. Food was fantastic for dinner and brunch. Service was great. overall it was a good experience "

"Love staying here BUT it has changed. They no longer clean the rooms everyday, they also charge for requesting towels after the first request, parking is 25.00 per car. Glad the worker received a pay increase but don’t cheat the consumers."
