"Room was clean but the jet tub didn't look appealing or like the one in the pictures, so we didn't end up using it. The staff was great, especially the woman in the breakfast room. She was very friendly and helpful!"

"My wife and I loved our visit to the Gunn House Hotel. We met Harry who is wonderful and very helpful. And he's quite a good chef for morning breakfast. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked great. We sat outside our room in the evening with our tablets and watched all the cars go by on Washington St. I give an A+ to the staff and Harry for their great hosting. We will be back. "I highly recommend this hotel. I accidentally booked 2 rooms a few weeks before , and then the day before I could no longer go and needed to switch it over to my husband. I called & the girl who answered the phone was so helpful and got it done & canceled the extra room within 5 minutes. She was so sweet!! I love helpful customer service & if I’m ever back in this area I will definitely stay here"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel was well maintained and cleaned and staff was were helpful. One night during our stay there were several individuals in hall drinking and making a lot of noise. They woke us up. I tried calling front desk from hotel phone in room and it went to voice mail. I let them know at checkout."

"The hotel manager is very nice. We got a free room up grade just because we asked. Nothing went wrong. The room was very clean. It looked like everything was brand new and later found out they just finished remodeling rooms at the hotel. We parked our car for free. Right in front of our hotel room door. We went to a concert at Ironstone Vineyards and the hotel drove us there and picked us up and took us back to the hotel after the concert was over. Also the next morning checking out they had complimentary donuts and coffee!!! We will definitely be back!"
