"Room was ok. It showed wear & tear even though it was newly remodled. Staff was ok. I miss having people to check you in. The computer couldn't find my reservation. Extremely frustrating!!!! Had to get help from human with Ipad standing around anyway. I would choose somewhere else that doesn't charge for parking and hires humans. Better experience. When going to the pool, there was a terrible sewer smell in the hallway."

"We chose this property because of the lazy river. To our surprise, you have to purchase a tube. I couldn't justify spending that kind of money for an hour or so. The room was absolutely beautiful roomy and clean! The casino was clean and everyone was very friendly!"

"I've stayed at this property several times and the location is in a great spot mid-strip. The promenade is perfect for food choices, but the resort fees are too high and the hold on the credit card is ridiculous."
