"The staff was helpful. Dealers have no personality. Rooms are clean but they could use some up on the common areas. Pyramid elevators for sure Overall I enjoyed my stay but would choose another hotel"

"Check in was not great. No opportunity for upgrades without huge surcharge. Our bathroom door did not shut, their fix was to put a hair elastic on the door knobs to keep it closed. The pool closes at 6pm so make a note of that. Housekeeping skipped our room two days in a row, we had no towels, guest services said it was my fault for not requesting. No where did it state we had to request cleaning. Part of the extra resort fees and actual room charges is daily Housekeeping. Point blank, she was rude. I will never stay here again."

"All in all a great value. The room was clean and modernized but you can still tell it is the oldest hotel and casino on the strip. I've stayed here before so knew what to expect but it was my wife's first time. We had a Fab room which overlooked the Sphere and Wheel. It was really fun to see, especially in the evening time. My only recommendation would be the bathrooms need to be remolded/updated. Everything else was pretty nice."

"We loved everything about the stay however, understand that weather can impact you thoughts of fountain views. We were a little disappointed but they can't control higher than normal winds. Otherwise, our stay was amazing and the view was still extraordinary!"
