"The pictures isn’t accurate. I had to buy a handheld vacuum to get the trash up off the floor around both night stands. Clean the shower with Clorox due to pubic hair everywhere. No microwave. Couch had blood stains. I took pictures to front desk and his response was, “what you want me to do”? Sir, that’s not good enough! Breakfast was a disaster with old bread that smelt like wine. A guest got grapes and dropped the tongs. Breakfast attendant, pick them up off the floor and put it back for someone else to use. I’ll NEVER stay here again. Should’ve went to Aloft!!!! Do better Hyatt!!!!!!!! Only good this was…. Parking. "

"I arrived just after check in time and I had my choice of parking spots. The front desk staff member on Thursday, 04/09/26 made check in super easy. My room was easy to find. My room was crystal clean and the layout perfect for my stay. The staff in the bar/restaurant were both attentive and friendly. Restaurant manager was engaging which was impressive. The king size bed provided a very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was good. The restaurant is placed perfectly on the property. I want to give five stars to the woman who waited on me during breakfast. The restaurant filled quickly and she was calmly and attentive to all. Check out was easy. I will definitely consider Delta Hotels for future stays in Chesapeake and other destinations.,"
