"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......

We arrived early and, although our room wasn’t ready yet, they tried to check us in and gladly stored our bags so we could start exploring right away. The location is excellent—right near the train station and within easy walking distance of the city center. There are tons of food options nearby, making it a super convenient base for seeing Naples. "The suite was spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel breakfast had many different dishes and a nice seating area. The balcony in the room led to a beautiful sea view. The area around teh hotel was filled with restaurants/cafes a busy walking area next to the sea. The hotel employees were very polite and friendly.
