"This is a wonderful resort by the sea, the hotel is aging & is in need of some maintenance in some areas, one in particular is the gym with old & tired equipment. "I booked a beach front bangalow, and it was really clean and nice. Comfy bed, clean room. There were some mozzies but mozzies are everywhere. Their breakfast was standard but fresh. Staff were really friendly. Beach was quiet and clean, I assume the hotel cleanes everyday. Its a bit of distance from the main tourist area so if you dont rent a bike, cost for taxi might be a bit at the end. It was around 10mins by car. Plan to come back next year."

"very disappointing stay never again, bedroom nice breakfast cold food and coffee abysmal choice I went once never again. the upstairs noise non stop above me (i was 3rd floor) drove me crazy until 2am. complained to staff absolutely no interest. Stayed in this area many times no complaints never again Swiss village. Gym closed spa closed yet i came for excercise! "

"Hotel is a good location near stores and restaurants. Nice pool. There were 2 geckos in the bungalow which we didn't like but a mosquito net was brought to us. The bungalow otherwise was a good size and nice. Breakfast is mostly Vietnamese with little Western options and the coffee isn't good. When asking for something specifically the service was good but in general there wasn't any extra effort. The pool towels were not picked up after people left and the pool cushions need to be cleaned...

"Love the staff - 5 stars! Great price and location. Although we ran into the no hot water situation on our last night but no biggie. Hopefully we won’t encounter same issue on our next stay.
