"Had a problem initially with check-in at 4 o'clock in the afternoon.But that was only due to the fact that there was a big party prior and they were having problems having the guest checkout.But the gentleman upgraded me to a sweet that had a Jacuzzi for one night and everything was fine.Thank you very much"

"Endroit neuf, très propre. Le personnel est sympathique. Près de l’aéroport avec une navette à toutes les heures. Bureau de location de voiture sur place. Petit-déjeuner inclus avec les chambres. Pas de nourriture sur place pour le dîner ou le souper. On y retrouves quelques petits restaurants à distance de marche. Pour un arrêt précédant ou suivant un vol d’avion, c’est l’endroit parfait! "

"Very clean with an eco-friendly vibe, perfect for a week-long stay. The view was great, and the pool was a nice bonus. The laundry room was exceptionally clean and easy to use once we downloaded the app. One thing to note: the driveway into the parking garage is very steep and can feel a bit treacherous (a delivery truck actually got stuck while we were there), but there is also street parking available. Overall, the staff was helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Will definitely stay again, especially since they have two locations, one in Santa Ana and one in San José. We stayed in Santa Ana which was very convenient."
