"Rust on everything in the rooms. Pool tiles were shifting and missing. Pool looked really dirty. Was too cold to get in but was in need of a good cleaning. Super close to airport. Friendly accommodating staff. "

"The room was clean, the only gripe I have is there wasn’t a microwave in the room and getting a reply for the shuttle service was lacking. I ended up just getting an uber from the airport which took close to an hour, but that’s San Jose traffic at rush hour. Overall the stay was really great and I enjoyed the experience I had. I would absolutely stay there again. Breakfast was awesome and I recommend getting it included in your package and the executive lounge was cozy and the food was pretty decent all things considered. The happy hour is worth it alone and getting free drinks makes it all the more worth the money."

"Airport shuttle comes every half hour, and the staff from the airport was very helpful in directing people where to go. Nice big clean room. The only thing I was super disappointed in was the pool. The pool is the smallest pool I’ve ever seen at a hotel. Good thing we were able to use the pool at the sister hotel, Double Tree, which was much nicer. All in all, it was a good experience "

"I often stay at the Sheraton Escazú because it is very convenient for my business meetings in the area. The location works very well for me. One of the main positives is the value. The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are also spacious, the bed is comfortable, and overall it works well for a business trip where you need a reliable place to sleep and work. What could improve are some of the common areas. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and the lobby would benefit from stronger air conditioning since it tends to feel warm. Overall, it is a practical and well-located hotel for business travel in Escazú, with comfortable rooms and good value, though the common areas could use some improvement."
