"Breakfast was yummy on our.stay after our arrival but as it was an early morning flight for our departure it was skipped. Loved the hotel and it's location but arrival was tricky (night before departure flight stay) as we were unable to raise Reception to assist with Airport Security. Luckily, Staff pass through regularly so were available to see us in. You can grab food/a beer or two upstairs in arrivals as well as the Hotel's Restaurant/in room dining which is a nice choice.
Definitely will stay here post Arrival and pre-departure again."

"The Taj Mahal Palace Hotel is simply the best, why stay anywhere else? Staff are friendly and attentive and nothing is overlooked by them. One day I was reading a book, next day I found a lovely Taj bookmark left beside the book. Fruit in your room, all essentials restocked everyday, all my cosmetics beautifully arranged and everything neatly tidied away. Food and drink service is exceptional in bar and restaurants - The Golden Dragon restaurant is particularly memorable. A window seat for breakfast so that I could look out at The Gateway of India and the Bay. Nothing is too much for The Taj staff. Outstanding service, warmth and hospitality. The building itself is beautiful, historic and fascinating too."

"Stayed at Trident Mumbai BKC and had a fantastic experience. The staff truly went above and beyond..helping with shuttle arrangements, pickups and drop-offs, and just about everything in between without missing a beat.
In-room dining was excellent, laundry service was quick and reliable, and having a hairdresser onsite was a nice bonus. The location is ideal for business travel…just a stone’s throw from Jio World.
Highly recommend for anyone traveling to BKC Mumbai for work."
