It was near a mall and right next door to a couple of grocery stores, one was a healthy grocery store. It was a few minutes walk from the subway station. There was a faint odour on the pillows. Not sure if this is common: The toilet and shower/sink are separated but share the same sliding door with the room. Two people can't use both in private at the same time.

Good value for the money.
Get your breakfast at Rischart’s upper level mall across street. Room, small, but adequate, and clean. Staff OK. Area OK. Close to Ubahn. 12 euros to park.

short stay in Munich
It was ok for the price but this time I found my room dirty, not cleaned properly (also the drain was blocked and the shower head was twisted - these two things were immediately repaired) and I reported it to the Front Desk so it can be corrected as I stayed in a B&B before and it was not as dirty. It has the essencial stuff for the stay, but normally is clean.

Gets the job done
We traveled to Munich for the weekend and wanted a nice place to stay one night. This hotel was sufficient. Although it was small and minimal (sort of like an upgraded hostel room) it was adequate for one night. Check in was easy and they had a parking garage. It's also near a mall and we had a nice dinner out at an Italian restaurant nearby. There's also a grocery store next door. This is a great place if you're looking for an affordable and sufficient hotel.

Nice spot
Arrived very late after a long journey bit of a faf getting 11 people in through the auto checkin but lovely people Breakfast isn’t much to wire home about I would take the no breakfast price and go to the numerous places within walking distance Apart from that excellent

Good hotel in the nothest city of Italy
It was an agreeable stay. The only tiny inconvenience has been the absence of a beer-bottle opener in the room :)

Location is good, 10 minute walk from the Ubahn, and 7 Ubahn stops from the center of Munich. Bear in mind that the subway is relatively expensive in Munich, so you might want to add this to the cost of the hotel (EUR 8 per person, per day). This being said, the hotel is very clean and staff is friendly, beds are confortable and A/C works pretty well. They could add some amenities as they provide a tea pot, but no cups or coffee or tea. TV is mostly in German with very few options for non-German speakers. Still a very good option.

I had to ask for a clean pot to brew tea in as well as a clean cup, but the woman at the desk did provide them. There were a lot of marks on the wall, which did not make it appealing. Other than that, it was good. There's a cheap grocery store next to it which is nice and they'll hold your luggage for free the day you leave.

It was small but very clean and very close to the train station. We enjoyed the cafe next door and market across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here

Comfortable room, had everything we needed, very clean and quiet. 2 minute walk to the underground station so really easy to get to the center of Munich / old town / Oktoberfest.

Excellent stay for Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest. This property is in a convenient location to the Ubahn and easy access to the city center or airport. The staff was pleasant and the room/bathroom clean. It was small but we weren’t spending our days there and was perfect for what we needed. The propert is connected to a pastry/sandwich shop and right next to two supermarkets which made it easy to grab snacks for the day or something to eat in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Sheets smelled strongly of body odor. We checked in around 11pm and front staff said no housekeeping were available. We shared our concern with the manager the next morning. He became defensive and said "The sheets are washed everyday." We weren't asking for any concession, just wanted to pass along feedback.

For the price I was pleasantly surprised by this motel. The building is modern and my room was clean and had everything I wanted for a single night stay. Breakfast isn't available, but there's a bakery/cafe next door so that isn't an issue.
