The staff were professional, friendly and accommodating. Check-in and out was stress free Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable Room service breakfast was amazing and reasonably priced IHH Perth made our experience of Perth even more Kenyans amazing

After a long overnight flight, the staff promised to alert us as soon as our room was ready for check-in - but this never happened. The water pipes also burst during one of the nights so we had no water for an hour. Pretty unacceptable for an Intercontinental Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The front bar and cafe was disappointing, food was average and service was poor there

Not very practical on terms of design in our room; the wall between the bedroom and bathroom was a mere frosted glass panel, not much privacy unless you are a married couple etc. Shower drainage just below the glass door made for the water splashing into the sink area

The InterContinental was in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was a great size and very clean. Super friendly staff topped off a wonderful stay.
