We enjoyed our family stay at the Pan Pacific and found the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our Deluxe Twin Riverview room was dated but did have a good view and was clean, perfect for our short stay. We enjoyed the breakfast with it's generous selection of hot and cold dishes. We look forward to returning.
Staff were friendly, location was good especially for getting to and from the airport. Two of the lifts were broken and other struggled to except the room card to get to your floor. No room service was offered, I don’t always need it but feel every time you need something like a towel you had to ask reception wasn’t great, the shower design meant the floor got very wet so buy the end of our stay we several soaking wet towels pushed under the sink as no room service took place, shame not what you expected from a 4* Hotel.
happy to receive a free upgrade but the only problem is food should you check in too late. But nothing can't be solved with uber eat. The last order for food in the pub on ground floor ends at 10pm.
Lovely 5 night stay for a family of 4. Room was neat and tidy. Sue from Monty’s restaurant was a beautiful lady with our girls as was the rest of the staff.

Liked: Staff & service
Disliked: Cleanliness
Overall the breakfast is pretty basic which is fine..
The housekeeping is very bad.. we never had our room cleaned despite asking for it to be done in the morning between 8 and 1pm despite calling them a number of times.. that was the main issue
This was a great hotel - all of the staff were very helpful, and the room was perfect. I had a club room, which I would highly recommend. The canapes at 5:30 were very nice, and you get to use the executive elevator.
