We stayed for 12 nights and absolutely loved it!! Location was excellent. Easy walk to Elizabeth Quay bus/train. Amazing restaurants right outside. Easy walk to lots of shopping downtown. Pool area has stunning views. Room was clean, comfortable beds and lots of room. Staff amazing. Nothing but praise.l!! 🇨🇦

The room was okay but certainly no wow factor. The quilt was too small for the bed. There was a fridge but it was only capable of holding a few water bottles. No bar fridge. Internet was only free if you joined their club. The toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly and the toilet was very close to the wall. There was no parking at the hotel. And 24hr room service did not include drinks at 11.30pm. But the air conditioning was good.
