Cracking hotel. Staff were great and ever so helpful. Breakfast buffet looked great but we didn't try. Room was spacious with good facilities to empower a longer stay. Great location and optional e bike hire for a further trip around the parks and down the river. Would certainly stay here again. Top marks 👌

We enjoyed our stay at Koos, albeit brief. We liked the proximity to major sights, restaurants, shopping in Munich and walkability. Very safe area. Our room was booked as a family room for 4 people and it was a bit tight especially with luggage. The room was clean and had all the amenities including a washer, which we ended up not using. Optional breakfast was outstanding and worth the additional cost. Would recommend

This small apartment unit was perfect for myself and 3 girls. The bathroom has a great vanity and mire that allows more than one person to use at a time. Beds were comfortable. They are centrally located and very close to Karlsplatz. Very short walk to corner. There are also little stores located nearby. Breakfast is available and comparable to any nice restaurant but it isn’t included. There is also a very nice patio area. Everything is clean and staff are friendly.

The property itself was lovely. the staff were very friendly and accomodating and the rooms were very modern, updated, clean and spacious. The surrounding area is somewhat dirty and noisy, however it is convenient to the train station, mass transit and walking to the central alt stadt.

Easy check in, nice room, big bathroom, newly renovated, well isolated windows even though the streets below are busy. We didn’t hear a peep. In a part of town that’s a bit busy but is also easy to get to everything by foot. Would stay again.

It was quiet inside but the surrounding area is a typical train station neighborhood—a bit noisy, dirty, and can feel a bit unsafe if you are a woman traveling alone. We were quite pleased with everything inside except for the WiFi, which was very unsteady and was often unusable even for basic web browsing.

Disappointing Stay Experience in KOOS HOTELS & APA

I recently stayed at a property in Munich for 6 days, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the hotel only provided a complimentary water bottle on the first day of my stay. For the remaining days, I had to pay for water, which is quite disappointing for a multi-day booking. Secondly, the room did not have air conditioning, and when I raised the issue due to the heat, I was simply told to open the window — a very poor solution, especially considering the comfort expected from a hotel stay. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation in a city like Munich, and it was genuinely disheartening. Additionally, I noticed that the rates listed on Hotels.com were significantly higher than the hotel's standard pricing. This disparity made me feel misled and dissatisfied with the booking process on Hotels.com. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I’ve never faced such inconvenience before and expected better from both the hotel and Hotels.com.
