Hotel is super clean and walkable distance to main trainstation or viktualienmarkt. We loved the breakfast as well as the rooftop bar! Had the best Coffee in the morning in the main breakfast restaurant.

A nice boutique hotel within walking distance of two U-bahn stations and a tram stop. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the air conditioning was totally ineffective despite it making lots of noise! The shower is quite strangely placed in the centre of the room but if you’re travelling as a couple should be fine. Less ideal if travelling with a friend! Staff were friendly and helpful, but seemed totally overwhelmed at breakfast. I would stay here again if I return to Munich.

We loved our stay at the cocoon! The staff was so helpful and extremely nice. The pinsa restaurant in the lobby was amazing and the drinks were great! We 100% will come back to stay here next time we’re in Munich.

Stay here was amazing. Fiance and I were here for 3 nights, its a bus ride + a small walk away from the main station (very straight forward). Staff + management were absolutely A+, Sarah and Isi were beyond helpful and pleasant to talk with. The room itself was a decent size for our stay, no issues with the room or the bed. Location was a 15minute walk away from the main area which was perfect. The area is quiet and clean, has some nice cafes around the corner. We would definitely stay here again. Management + Staff were all great and very welcoming. The bar downstairs was also a nice addition to have, very chic space and good drinks too :D Shoutout to Isi for the awesome drinks!
